Our story
Raised slow, on open pasture.
It started with a simple frustration: good mutton was impossible to find. Most of it was frozen, hacked into uneven pieces and sold with no idea where it came from.
So we went back to the source. Our goats are raised by small family farms on open grassland, free to roam and graze. Every morning our butchers cut only what has been ordered, by hand, and it leaves our cold room within hours.
